   Shell And Tuble Heat Exchenger
 
       列管式换热器又称列管壳式换热器。是以封闭在壳体中管束的壁面作为传热面的间壁式换热器。这种换热器结构较简单,操作可靠,可用各种结构材料(主要是金属材料)制造,能在高温、高压下使用,是目前应用最广的类型。
       1)根据已知冷、热流体的流量,初、终温度及流体的比热容决定所需的换热面积。初步估计换热面积,一般先假定传热系数,确定换热器构造,再校核传热系数K值。
       2)选用换热器时应注意压力等级,使用温度,接口的连接条件。在压力降,安装条件允许的前提下,管壳式换热器以选用直径小的加长型,有利于提高换热量。
       3)换热器的压力降不宜过大,一般控制在0.01~0.05MPa之间;
       4)流速大小应考虑流体黏度,黏度大的流速应小于0.5~1.0m/s;一般流体管内的流速宜取0.4~1.0m/s;易结垢的流体宜取0.8~1.2m/s。
       5)高温水进入换热器前宜设过滤器。
       6)热交换站中热交换器的单台处理和配置台数组合结果应满足热交换站的总供热负荷及调节的要求。在满足用户热负荷调节要求的前提下,同一个供热系数中的换热器台数不宜少于2台,不宜多于5台。

4) Flow rate should be considered fluid viscosity, viscosity, flow velocity should be less than 0.5 ~ 1.0m / s; general flow tube should take 0.4 ~ 1.0m / s; easy to scale fluid should take 0.8 ~ 1.2m / s.
